Paul has over 35 years of nuclear power experience that includes the Navy Nuclear Program, the New York Power Authority and CENTEC XXI. Paul has provided technical support to the industry for the past 14 years working at over 80 domestic and international reactors. Paul has worked with EPRI to define radwaste process economics for the industry and is considered an expert in this field.
