Title: First Semester E-Training a Success
ChemStaff has successfully completed the first semester of E-Training.
The process of converting a successful classroom training program to a lower cost more convenient E-Training process was completed as ChemStaff delivered three core courses in the Spring of 2009. PWR Radiochemistry, PWR Operational Chemistry, and BWR Radiochemistry courses were delivered on a web based format. These courses also contained technical webinars and were completed with a two day face to face classroom meeting. The format allowed nuclear professionals and chemistry technicians to participate in web based modules on-site as their schedules permitted and then the courses were solidified with 2-day traditional class room sessions.
